What is the Companies and Contacts manager?

Companies are businesses that can be assigned to schedule tasks and expenses. Contacts are individuals stored for reference and communication.

What's the difference between a Company and a Contact?

Companies feed the Bid Manager for contractor bids, the Project Scheduler for task assignments, and the Expense Tracker for tracking payments per vendor.

How is the Company and Contact info used throughout the software?

Yes. The Bulk Company Importer accepts CSV, Excel or PDF and uses AI to extract company details. Do this before importing expenses.

Can I bulk import my Companies?

It shows each company's W-9 status plus Workers Comp and General Liability expiration dates, color-coded so you can spot lapsed coverage at a glance.

What is the Tax and Insurance column in Companies and Contacts?

Green means valid, yellow means expiring within 90 days, red means expired. No color means no insurance information has been entered yet.

What do the colors on insurance expiration dates mean?

Manage the contractors, vendors, lenders and partners you work with, along with their insurance and tax details.
