What do the colors on insurance expiration dates mean?

Green means valid, yellow means expiring within 90 days, red means expired. No color means no insurance information has been entered yet.

Insurance expiration dates in the Companies list are color-coded to help you prioritize which certificates need attention.

  • Green — the certificate is current and valid

  • Yellow — expires within the next 90 days. You have time, but should follow up for an updated certificate

  • Red — expired. Do not assign this contractor to active project work until updated insurance is provided

  • No color — no insurance information has been entered for this company yet

How to enter or update dates

Open the company's profile from the Companies list and enter the expiration dates in the Tax & Insurance section. The color coding updates automatically in the list view.
