How it works
Navigate and upload. Go to Companies, then Companies - Bulk Import. Select your CSV, Excel or PDF document.
AI analysis. The AI scans the document and identifies company name, email, phone, address, license ID, tax ID and notes.
Review and save. Verify the extracted data on screen, then click Import.
Supported files
CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and PDF. No templates needed — the AI handles unstructured and messy data. For best results, make sure each row or section has a clear company name, since that is the primary field used to create the record.
Do this before importing expenses
The AI Bulk Expense Importer matches company names in your expense file against companies already in your workspace. Importing companies first means the expense importer can assign vendors automatically instead of leaving those fields blank.
