The Flip Analyzer calculates profit from a known purchase price, and works backward from your desired profit to the maximum you should offer.

What is the Desired Profit and Recommended Maximum Purchase Price calculation?

BRRRR stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance and Reinvest, a hybrid strategy combining rehab equity gains with long-term rental returns.

What does the acronym BRRRR mean?

ARV stands for After Repair Value, the fair market value of the property once renovations are complete. It is the starting point for every flip calculation.

What does "ARV" stand for?

Selling Costs are what you pay when you sell. Mostly agent commissions plus closing costs, typically 7 to 9% of the sales price.

What are Selling Costs?
