Setting Up Your User Profile

In User Management, click Add User and enter their name and email. Grant Admin Access for everything, or Limited Access to restrict projects and features.

How do I invite new users to my Workspace?

Click Actions and select Edit Feature Access to toggle tool permissions per user, so you can restrict confidential data or tailor access by role.

How do I control User Access to specific features?

Go to User Management, click the Actions dropdown next to the user and select Remove User.

How do I delete or revoke a user's access to my Workspace?

Solo is one user, Team allows up to 5, and Business is unlimited. Every invited user counts as a seat regardless of their role or access level.

How many Users can access my Workspace?

It shows each user's role plus a count of the projects and features they can reach, so you can verify permissions without opening each user's settings.

What does the Role & Access column show?

They are on automatically for Team and Business plans. Customize which alerts you receive in Notification Preferences under Account Settings.

How do I turn on Team Notifications?

A real-time audit trail of user actions on a project, including analyses, estimates, expenses, tasks, documents and photos.

What is the Project Activity Log and what activities are tracked?

A single view of activity across all projects, found in the avatar dropdown in the top navbar, so you do not check each project log individually.
