In the User Management area you can control which specific tools and features each user can access. Click the Actions button and select Edit Feature Access.
You can toggle access to nearly every tool in the platform, so you can protect confidential information and tailor the software to what each person actually needs.
Examples
Acquisitions. Limit an acquisitions manager to Deal Analysis tools so they are not distracted by project management and accounting.
Project management. Limit a project manager to the project management features.
Accounting. Grant a bookkeeper access to just the accounting features.
Outside your organization
Give your general contractor access to the Repair Estimator so they can build an estimate with their own pricing, or to the Project Scheduler so they can manage start and completion dates. Give a virtual assistant access to just the data entry, task or expense features they need.
Once set, the Role & Access column on the User Management page shows how many features that user can reach.
User Management and access control are only available on Team and Business plans.
