What data does the AI Receipt Analyzer transcribe?

JPEG and PNG images plus PDF documents. Convert Word or Excel files to PDF or an image to process them through the scanner.

What file types does the AI Receipt Analyzer support?

Most receipts analyze in about 15 seconds, ranging from 10 to 30 depending on document type, page count and number of line items.

How long does it take to process a receipt?

Detailed Itemization splits a receipt across multiple budget categories. Single Entry consolidates everything into one transaction for large single-category purchases.

What is the difference between "Detailed Itemization" and "Single Entry" mode?

Label your Accounts with the card provider name and last four digits, and make sure your Companies are named clearly so the AI can match them.

The AI isn't finding my Accounts or Companies. How can I fix this?

Yes. Click Analyze Receipt with AI again to rerun it. Results may differ slightly on a re-scan.

Can I redo the analysis if the results aren't correct?

Not currently. There is no chat or prompting interface for revising results, though you can edit any line item manually before saving.

Can I "chat" with the AI to correct specific line items?

No limits at this time. The AI Receipt Analyzer is in Beta as a free service for All-in-One users while we study usage.

Are there any limits to using the AI Receipt Analyzer?

Photograph receipts in bright even lighting on a flat high-contrast surface, keep text in focus, and split long receipts into overlapping photos.

What file types are supported for bulk importing?

It is optimized for Home Depot Pro Xtra exports and reads SKU-level data. It also works well for Lowe's, Menards and bank statements.

Which retailers work best with the AI SKU mapping?

The AI reads the item description and SKU and matches it against the categories in your project budget. You can override any suggestion before confirming.

How does the AI know which budget category to use?

Review every line item in the Comparison Tool before finalizing. You can bulk-edit or override any category directly in the preview screen.

What if the AI categorizes something incorrectly?

Scan receipts, bulk import expenses from a spreadsheet or bank statement, and let AI handle the data entry.
