You have two options for changing a project's stage.
Drag and drop on the pipeline
The fastest way. On the pipeline view, click and hold the project card and move it to whichever stage column you want.
Change it on the Project Overview page
Open the project and change the stage directly from the Project Overview page.
Both work the same way on the Lead Pipeline and the Active Project Pipeline.
