The Project Pipelines dashboards provide a high-level kanban style view of all of your Leads and Active Projects.
Leads Pipeline
An overall view of the leads you are currently evaluating and negotiating, so deals do not slip through the cracks. It comes with a preset list of stages you can drag and drop to move a lead through your pipeline until the property closes.
Active Project Pipeline
Properties you have under contract and under construction, moving through renovation and listing stages.
Portfolio and Archive
Portfolio holds completed flips and stabilized rentals. Archive holds sold deals and dead leads. Archived projects do not count against your plan's project limit.
