Yes. Our Public API includes endpoints for the Expense Tracker, so your expense data can move in both directions between FlipperForce and other software.
Sending expenses into FlipperForce
You can log transactions, line items, vendors and receipts programmatically from an outside application instead of entering them by hand.
Pulling expenses out of FlipperForce
You can pull itemized line items, vendors, categories and project totals into a custom dashboard, an internal report, or a pipeline that feeds your accounting ledger.
What this is not
This is not a ready-made QuickBooks or bank integration. There is no button that connects an outside account to your workspace. Someone on your team writes the connection, or you point an AI agent at it. FlipperForce also does not push data out on its own.
Set up your categories first
The API cannot create expense categories. It can only assign expenses to categories that already exist on the project. If a project has no estimate yet, the only category available is Repair Costs, and everything you import lands there. Load an Estimate Template in the Repair Estimator before you import.
Getting access
Request an API key on the FlipperForce Integrations page. Requests are reviewed case by case and approval usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
