The Photo Log creates a chronological timeline of your project photos, documenting progress from start to finish for partners and lenders.

What is the Photo Log and how does it work?

Navigate to the Photo Log and click Add Photos. From a phone, log in through your mobile browser and select images from your photo library.

How can I upload photos to the Photo Log?

Photos sort chronologically by default. Click the Reorder button to drag them into a new sequence or move them to different dates.

How can I reorder my photos or change the dates in the Photo Log?

Click the Share Link button in the top right page header and copy the URL. External users see a live webpage of your project's photo timeline.

How can I share my Photo Log with an outside user?

A dedicated area in each project for uploading, viewing and managing property photos from your mobile device, accessed via the Photos tab.

What is the Photo Log feature in the FlipperForce Field app?

Go to the Photos tab and tap Add Photos to capture new images or pick from your library. Uploads run in the background and show a green checkbox when synced.

How do I add new photos to a project's Photo Log from the mobile app?

Yes, uploads continue in the background. But do not swipe the app closed, as that interrupts the upload and prevents photos from syncing.

Can I navigate away from the app while photos are uploading?

Use Wi-Fi rather than cellular for the fastest uploads. If photos still stick on a strong connection, contact support to troubleshoot.

What should I do if my photos are uploading slowly or getting stuck?

Yes. Photos uploaded from the mobile app sync automatically to the Photo Log in the web app, so the office sees job site progress in real time.

Will photos uploaded from the mobile app be visible in the web application?

Document your renovation with progress photos from the job site, organized by project and date.
