The Project Scheduler is setup to print exactly what is displayed on your screen, so first you will want to adjust the schedule zoom & formatting.
Once you get the zoom and formatting setup you can click the 'Export PDF' button which will generate a PDF report of your Project Schedule that you can share with your contractors.
