FlipperForce is the cloud-based evolution of the original House Flipping Spreadsheet.
The House Flipping Spreadsheet is a Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets file that includes deal analysis, project management and accounting functionality. It was originally built by Dave Robertson, the founder of FlipperForce, to manage his own house flipping business, and launched as a purchasable template in 2013.
In 2017 Dave began developing FlipperForce, a web application modeled on the spreadsheet's tools and functionality. Instead of a file on your computer, FlipperForce is a platform you can reach from any device, with real-time collaboration and features a spreadsheet cannot support.
