Yes, all users granted access to the project appear on the Project Team tab, but they are organized into two sections so it is always clear who is actively running the project versus who simply has access.
Users on Project Team
Appears at the top and shows only the users actively managing or working on the project. For workspaces with 10, 20 or 50 users, this keeps the people actually responsible front and center.
Automatically populated based on user activity
Can be manually added or removed at any time
Can be assigned an optional Project Team Role
Surface on the Project Overview page and project dashboards
Users with project access
Appears below the active team and lists every other workspace user who has access through their permissions but is not actively working on it.
Visible for reference so you know who can see the project
Can be promoted to the active team at any time by toggling their checkbox
Do not surface on dashboards or the Project Overview page
