FlipperForce assigns users to the Project Team based on their activity, recognizing when someone performs a meaningful action on a project and adding them without any manual setup. Your Project Team builds itself as real work happens.
Actions that add a user
Deal Analysis: manually adding a comp or running recommended comps, completing a Flip Analysis, completing a BRRRR Analysis, or loading a template in the Repair Estimator.
Project Management: loading a template in the Scheduler, creating a task list, creating a task, being assigned their first task, or assigning a task to someone else.
Accounting: adding an expense, adding income, or adding a receipt.
General project activity: posting a project update, adding a photo to the Photo Log, adding a project document, or creating a project Note.
Other notes
When a project is created, the user who created it is automatically added to the Project Team.
Users promoted to Team Admin are added to project access, but not automatically to the Project Team.
Users demoted from Team Admin to Team Member are removed from all Project Teams.
